My oh my! 2020 has been a crazy year. COVID has definitely been a struggle for most, if not all, of us. Thankfully, 2021 is finally here! With all the downs of 2020, I must say it hasn't all been bad. Kurstee and I have been rocking the studio this year and creating some amazing art. Between her hair and makeup skills and my camera ninja skills we have done some of our best work yet! I hope you enjoy a snippet of each of our sessions this year as much as we have!

I setup a Boudoir Photo Shoot appointment not knowing what to expect and totally nervous about going. I did my shoot a few weeks ago, Angie even helped me pick out lingerie, most of which I would not have picked out for myself). I got to pick out the photos I liked best, make and buy my book today. I scheduled a boudoir photo session my consultation was so much fun! She went through all of the packages that she offers and helped me pick the one that was perfect for me. I have always wanted to do boudoir shoot for a long time but never had the money or courage to do it. I turned 30 this year and finally told myself that I was going to do it. I had my first consult with Angie today and it was amazing. She is full of energy and you can tell she loves her job! Angie's studio is inviting, massive, and incredibly clean. Her artwork is displayed all over to give a glimpse into what to expect for yourself. My session took about 35 minutes. I arrived with two dozen questions and only ended up asking one because she was so thorough. Her 12 years of experience really shows. I was given several package options to choose from and not pressured to make any purchases whatsoever (although, I think it would be impossible not to). I'm so excited for my upcoming shoot. I had a session done with Angie Davis Photography. I'm one of the shy, sheltered, and introvert types and wanted to get out of my comfort zone. This definitely did it. It was quite the experience. She was professional, as well as her makeup artist/assistant. They get in the zone during the session, and it's like going through a playlist of poses. If you're not comfortable with one, just say so and they're on to the next pose without skipping a beat. The session goes by so quickly where you don't have time to think.
